Hello, All!
You are the lucky recipients of my latest Blog. I wrote one a few years ago, but, since moving into a "stick house" I haven't had time for writing. I get pretty tired driving, but I think I can manage a short blog every evening (well, almost). So have enjoy seeing where I've been...
Dad and Mom have been loading the motorhome for days and I'm so ready to leave. We are only going 200 miles today, but it's already 10:30 a.m.!
At last, here we go - leaving Brunswick Forest
...and in, what seemed like a pretty short time, we're headed for FL
The start of "big water" - this is Santee-Cooper, SC and I know we're going the right way. It also started to get warmer - I turned off the heater - Mom even took off her jacket!
St George, SC - not a very scenic spot, but it's 200 miles and I'm tired.
That's all, folks. Tomorrow, it's the US Navy base at Kings Bay, Georgia. I think I'll let Dad drive.
